1. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY 

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

All orders ship via standard ground service and typically arrive within 2–10 days. 

3. SHIPPING AREA

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your delivery in real time.

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before finalizing your order, and if you're on a subscription, before your next order processes. All shipments are bound strictly to the address provided at the time of checkout, and this applies to one-time and recurring subscription orders alike.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change, edit, or re-route the delivery address. Please double-check your details carefully before completing checkout, and confirm your address is current in your subscription portal ahead of each renewal.

Packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer will incur an additional reshipping fee to send the order out again.
