1. THE NUMIN MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We want you to feel the Numin difference with total peace of mind. If our product isn’t a perfect fit for your routine, you are eligible for a refund on your first order or first subscription within 30 days of your purchase date.

No Returns Required: To prioritize safety and sustainability, we do not require you to ship the product back to us. Because supplements cannot be resold once they leave our fulfillment center, we ask that you safely dispose of it.

How to Request a Refund: To start the process, please email us at hi@drinknumin.com. Please include your full name and order number.

Processing: Your refund for the purchase price will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase cannot be refunded.
2. SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT & CANCELLATIONS
We want your Numin routine to be on your terms. You have full control over your subscription through our Manage Subscription page.

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing us at hi@drinknumin.com.

Renewal Notifications: You will receive a reminder email 2 days before your subscription is scheduled to renew.

Manage Your Subscription: For instant changes, simply visit the Manage Subscription page and log into your account to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription.

Important Timing: Please ensure any changes are made before your charge date to prevent the next order from processing automatically. Subsequent orders are non-refundable once they have been placed.

New to Numin? You have 30 days from your first purchase to request a refund if you aren't satisfied.

Subsequent Orders: Because our supplements cannot be resold once they leave our fulfillment center, subsequent one-time orders are non-refundable.

We cannot verify storage temperatures or tampering, so we never resell returned items. Instead of asking you to ship products back, we offer this risk-free trial to ensure Numin remains accessible, effective, and convenient for our community.
