Arun Hozack is an international business leader and entrepreneur who has spent more than two decades operating in environments where the quality of decisions shapes outcomes.
Before co-founding Numin, he held several senior executive roles at Red Bull, culminating in President of Asia Pacific. In this role he led teams across 17 markets and helped transform the region into the company’s fastest-growing globally.
He later served as President of Asia Pacific for JUUL Labs, leading regional expansion and market entry strategies across multiple Asian markets.
After years’ operating in high-pressure leadership environments—where thousands of decisions are made every day—Hozack became increasingly aware of the hidden cognitive cost of sustained decision-making. This insight led him to partner with neuroscientist Dr. Shawn Watson to create Numin.
At Numin, he leads global strategy, brand development, and commercial expansion, translating neuroscience into practical tools that help people maintain mental clarity when decisions matter most.
Outside of work, Arun is an adventure motorcyclist and avid vinyl record collector, reflecting his belief that curiosity and exploration are essential ingredients of a well-lived life.
